I´m a professional dancer and I have more than 20 years teaching body technics (pilates,ballet, yoga and contemporary dance) to professionals dancers and public in general. I have highly experienced and certified in their fields.I will provide you with the necessary tools to find the perfect practice for you.

Do I need any special equipment?

No, you don't need any special equipment. All you need are loose-fitting clothes and a mat.
